We are part of a larger community of churches known as the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). We subscribe to the Westminster Confession of Faith (WCF) along with the Shorter and Larger Catechisms, believing them to be accurate systematic statements of Biblical doctrine.

Who We Are

We are rooted deeply in the Protestant Reformation and especially the theological and pastoral work of John Calvin. We embrace the Westminster Confession of Faith and the rule of spiritually mature elders linked together regionally as the best way to guide local congregations.

What We Believe

All Scripture is self-attesting and being Truth, requires our unreserved submission in all areas of life. The infallible Word of God, the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments, is a complete and unified witness to God's redemptive acts culminating in the incarnation of the Living Word, the Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible, uniquely and fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, is the supreme and final authority on all matters on which it speaks.

Baptism

Baptism is a sacrament of the New Testament, ordained by Jesus Christ. By the act of baptism, a person becomes a part of the visible Church, for it is a sign and a seal of the Covenant of Grace for believers and their children. As a sign it proclaims God’s forgiveness and our redemption in Jesus Christ. As a seal, God marks us as adopted children of our heavenly Father. It indicates our engrafting into Christ, our rebirth, the remission of sins, and our ability by the power of the Spirit to walk in newness of life. It is a sign of God’s covenant and a means of grace.

Salvation

God credits His righteousness to those who put their faith in Christ alone for their salvation, thereby justifies them in His sight.
