You Belong at Summer camp!
It’s almost time! Kids can enjoy five weeks of summer fun with games, sports, arts and crafts, devotions, and movies. Children aged 5 years to 5th Grade are welcome to join us this Summer!
Mark your calendar for the following dates:
Week 1 Camp will be held June 3-7
Week 2 Camp will be held June 10-14
Week 3 Camp will be held June 24-28
Week 4 Camp will be held July 15-19
Week 5 Camp will be held July 22-26
Camp is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Limited space is available for all Summer Day Camps. A minimum of 20 children are needed to run each camp. If 20 children are not registered, that camp may be cancelled. To participate, a child must:
Be able to use the restroom without assistance
Be able to follow directions and perform routine daily tasks without one-on-one guidance.
Be comfortable in a 15:1 camper-to-counselor ratio.
Camper must bring their own lunch and drinks each day. Snacks to be provided.
The weekly cost for each child at camp is $125.

These forms may also be picked up at Faith Church.

Payment:
Summer Day Camp must be paid online, and in full, at the time of registration.
Refunds:
No refunds will be allowed.
